This is what happens when you eat coconut oil

There are 3 types of people you meet when you talk about the coconut oil:

1) The person who is NEVER touch because it contains saturated fat and was persuaded that this fat causes heart disease (it is wrong).

2) The person who understands the benefits, but is afraid to eat because it is too rich in calories and was convinced that all calories are equal (it is wrong).

3) A person who literally uses ALL to coconut oil (she's right).

In this article I will show you why you should eat at least 2 tablespoons of coconut oil every day to lose weight, boost your health and feel wonderful.
Reason 1 eating coconut oil: Coconut oil helps you lose weight

Even if 1 tablespoon of coconut oil contains 120 calories, 120 calories these do not act the same way in the body, for example, canola oil 120 calories.

The different types of foods we eat can have a significant effect on our hormones and our metabolic health.

Coconut oil provides more heat (thermogenic) than other foods and other fats. This means that if you eat it, it tends to increase energy expenditure. In other words, eat more coconut oil to burn more calories.

To lose weight, two things must happen:

First, you need to be in caloric deficit, which does not necessarily mean you have to eat fewer calories and exercise more. This means that you need to eat foods that boost your metabolism, and do not remove it, so that you can BOTH nourish your body and prepare the ground to release the trapped fat that will be burned by your muscles.

The second thing needed to lose weight without effort is hormonal balance. This involves maintaining healthy organs, especially your liver and your thyroid.

Coconut oil not only helps your body burn MORE calories than it ingests (assuming you eat high quality food), but it protects your liver, so that your thyroid can operate at a higher level.

Eat coconut oil .... lose weight.
Reason # 2 of eating coconut oil: Coconut oil is PRO health because it is ANTI-all

You've probably read about the anti-inflammatory foods and how they help reduce the production of free radicals in the body, keeping your healthy cells by preventing or slowing the oxidative stress and its effects.

Well, coconut oil not only tops the list of anti-inflammatory foods, but look a little its other healing superpowers:

Anti-bacterial - it stops the bacteria that cause gum disease, infections of the throat, infections and ulcers of the urinary tract.
Anti-cancer - it prevents the dangerous cancer cells from spreading while stimulating immunity.
Antifungal - It destroys fungi and yeasts causing infections.
Anti-inflammatory - It removes tissue inflammation and repair.
Antimicrobial - It inactivates harmful microbes and fight against infection.
Antioxidant - It protects against free radical damage.
Anti-retrovirus, parasites, protozoa, viruses, rids the body lice, worms and other parasites, kills colon protozoal infections, kills viruses that cause influenza, measles, hepatitis and other diseases.

Imagine how your health, immunity, and your ability to burn fat increase if you choose to eat only TWO tablespoons of this super food!
Reason 3 eating coconut oil: Coconut oil stabilizes blood sugar and insulin levels

This may seem strange that coconut oil, grease, can help control blood sugar and insulin levels, since coconut oil has no direct impact on blood sugar levels.

But the magic lies in the indirect effect.

Doctors and nutritionists usually recommend diabetics to follow a diet low in fat, refined sugar and high in other carbohydrates.

They must have overlooked the fact that coconut oil helps glucose enter your cells, slowing down and reducing insulin levels in the blood.

Or, they have overlooked the fact that it is important to eat balanced meals that include all types of food, and this is particularly important to choose high-quality fats like coconut oil.

The healthy fat in coconut oil plays a vital role in blood sugar regulation: it slows the digestive process to ensure a stable and balanced flow of energy from your food by reducing the overall glycemic index of your meal . When you add coconut oil to a meal containing carbohydrates, carbohydrates are broken down into glucose more slowly so that sugar levels in the blood remain stable even after the meal.

Coconut oil consists of medium chain fatty acids (MCT), unlike modern vegetable oils such as soybean oil, corn oil, rapeseed which are formed from long chain fatty acids (PUFA) for most.

Here is the key concept: the oils that consist mainly of long-chain fatty acids can actually reduce the ability of cells to absorb blood sugar, which can cause or exacerbate insulin resistance and lead to diabetes.

Healthy cells use glucose, unhealthy cells do not.
Reason # 4 of eating coconut oil - coconut oil reduces your risk of heart disease

Populations that consume coconut oil are among the healthiest on the planet and it's no surprise that they have the strongest hearts.

A study of the Polynesians who consume more than 60% of their total calories from coconut showed in a study a superb health and no cases of heart disease (Read the study here)

Another population, Papua New Guinea, which feeds with coconut oil profits and other coconut products shows no signs of heart attack or heart disease. (Read the study here)

Yet the US experiencing a significant increase in heart disease, heart attacks, high cholesterol and more .... the past 60 years. Ironically, it was at about this time that saturated fats have been named the Number 1 Enemy.

Unlike polyunsaturated fatty acids, coconut oil does not oxidize when exposed to oxygen, light or heat, that is why it does not cause arterial lesions as shown in the role of stress oxidative on your arteries. (Here)

If you have any history of heart disease in your family, the switch to coconut oil will have an immediate positive impact on your health and wellbeing.

Reason # 5 to eat coconut oil: Coconut oil stimulates the thyroid function

If you see or Mayoclinic Webmd you will not find anything positive about coconut oil, particularly as regards its ability to stimulate the thyroid levels and metabolism rates.

But if you're anything like me, you had to wonder why:

Why are 34% of adults with the metabolic syndrome? (source)
Why more than 20 million Americans have some form or other thyroid disease? (source)
Why has our consumption of polyunsaturated fats increased since the early 1900s?
